i have a TiVo box. Second green light from the left has been flashing for the last few days. on demand freezes and pauses on recorded programs. Also on some of the children’s programs it says fault code wo2.
anyone got any ideas how to fix this?

Call the automated status line - 0800 5610061 - to make sure there's no known issues in your area.
If not, then assume that your fault is only affecting you and you'll need to call TV Faults
150 from a Virgin phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone - choose the options for "I have a fault with my TV service"
