TiVo box faulty

Hi has anyone managed to get in touch with customer services/ is it possible?? My TiVo box has gone on the blink after just a few months!! All it does is constantly reboot and try to start up. 
Had no tv for the last week!!! If I could get a new box sent out I’d be sorted but can’t find a way to report it.

If you had done a Forum search for similar posts and issues you would almost certainly have come across the text number that you can use to report the fault and get it sorted. VM will get back to you.

Are you talking about a V6 or the original TiVO? Be clear on this when you text.

Text service isn’t working. It asks you to select a tick or cross option to transfer to technical then does nothing but repeat the message!
