TiVo box failing

Every morning now the tivo box has to be restarted before we can see any pictures (tv is fine) then throughout the day it gradually gets slower and starts to timeout accessing channels and done channel are now just blank. Do I need a replacement box?

The box certainly doesn't sound very healthy. Call VM on 150, follow the options for "I have a fault with my TV service" and report it.

Really sorry that you're having some issues with your TiVo box, I can appreciate the frustration 

I'd also like to apologise for the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier then usual. 

I've had a look at the back end of things from here and can see some errors on the one of the boxes, can you just confirm the exact box it is so I can run the correct diagnostics and book a tech if you're still having problems?
