TiVo box dead

Hi

My TiVo box is dead. No power going to it. No on light. Think it’s fried. No online help for a dead box, don’t know why the service status shows as ok.

I need either a new box or engineer but cannot get through on the phone. Twice now I’ve waited in a phone queue only to get to an hour and get cut off!!!

How can I get a new box if no one is answering?!

I’ve tried the text relay service, but after I identify myself with my account details- I don’t get another reply! 
I’ve been paying for a service where I’ve had no TV since Boxing Day!

You may not appreciate my saying this, but I'm afraid you will need to persist with the call queues. You mention having a problem clearing account security via the text message route, so you're likely to need a faults agent to help you further with this.

Thanks for the reply. After an hour trying to get through on the phone it cuts you off. Still trying.

I did pass security on the text relay... just had no response after that.
