TiVo box broken - displays continued message on screen 'Starting up'

i have swapped boxes with other boxes in the house and they work.

 

So i assume box is broken and i need a replacement?

Broken box - TV screen constantly says 'Starting Up'

My screen displays the same permanent message.

I have tried swapping over my boxes (i have a 2nd box in a child's bedroom) and it works, therefore suggest that my box is broken.

I have tried all the advice on line and it is still broken, but i am unable to find out how i order a new box or box an engineer.

That sounds a fair summary. I'd recommend you call Virgin TV Faults to report it. 150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.
