Hi all,
I have switched off our TiVo box to do some cleaning and now cannot get it working again. It gives off an intermittent beeping noise whilst the screen flicks between Starting Up then blank again.
All connections are in and checked. Any ideas? I suspect we may need a new box but checking in case there is anything we can try first? We have an engineer booked but it’s going to take a week!!!

The beeping alone indicates a failed hard drive, there isn't anything you can do to resolve that.
When the tech comes, they'll replace your TiVo with a V6 providing you have VM home broadband.
