we have currently been battling with our box as it will be working fine then randomly the arrows and the WiFi sign on the front of the box go red and it all reboots and takes ages then comes back on. We know this isn’t an issues with our broadband as that still works perfectly fine when we have turned the box off. we have tried going wireless, and checking all the wires are connected.
Also impossible to contact anybody from virgin to get help.
