We have a TiVo box that won’t allow kids channels to be shown and says please check account/upgrade.
When we click on upgrade information, it says we are subscribed (which we are)
Please can someone get in touch to help
Morning, can a mod help? Been a week without a reply and still can’t get hold of anyone by phone ...
Which package are you on, specifically? Kids channels have been a chargeable add-on since about 18months or so.
