TiVo Remote

Trying to order a replacement TiVo remote control,but when it comes to completing the order it says "a technical problem has occurred try again". Repeated it several times but no luck.Any ideas anyone 👍.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble ordering a new TV remote online. If you've not been able to get help with this via other means since posting, I've dropped you a PM so I can get one ordered for you.

In the meantime, you can download our TV Control app which will allow you to control your set top box that way. 📺
