I have tried to contact yourselves via the SMS number and via telephone number, neither is getting a response.
I am concurrently experiencing an issue with my Tivo Box and my landline has ceased to work.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with my lack of ability to contact your call centre.

This is primarily a user forum, VM staff work through posts but it can take several days - hence calling the faults line is nearly always quicker.
What issues are you having with your TV service, perhaps we may be able to help?

Yes, I have finally gotten hold of the team and have had my Tivo Box replaced.
