Hi,
I have had the same TiVo box from when our Virgin Media was installed (2014) and I was wondering if it was possible to purchase a new upgraded TiVo box as I think this one is finally on it's way out; Screen has started to pixelate and sometimes there is sound but no picture. (I've come to realise we missed out on the free upgrade apparently a few years ago?)
Thanks

TiVO boxes are now no longer being replaced when they fail. If you get a new box it will have to be a V6 or V360.
Whatever option you take you must be a Virgin Broadband customer to use it.
V6 operates on the existing TiVO firmware platform. If you move to V360 this runs on the newer Horizon firmware, which is totally different.

As you have a fault, just call it in as such & the box will be replaced with a V6.
I would not talk to sales reps as they will try to upsell you to V360, from which there is no going back to TiVO once you change.

Hello jg014,
Thanks for your post.
Sorry to hear the TiVo is on its way out.
The easiest way to get a V6 box is for a Technician to come out, which I can arrange for you.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
Regards
