Heya. My Tivo box is not getting past the starting up screen. This has been the case all day and have followed all online recommendations... help please
Hold the + and standby buttons together and then turn the box on and wait till you see the welcome screen.

As with any situation where a TiVo or V6 won't boot up.
You'll now be best calling VM to report your fault.
150 from a Virgin phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone. Choose "I have a fault with my TV service"
