TiVo Box trying and failing to start

Hello, hope someone can help. My TiVo box has recently started to play up. It goes through the motions of trying to start but never quite makes it. It sends the "Starting Up.... " signal to the TV and cycles through lights on the box front but that's it. Two videos here to illustrate. I believe it's the TiVo box generation immediately prior to the v6 box.

Yep, call Virgin. 150 from a landline, 0345 4541111 from any other phone.

Follow the options for "I have a fault with my TV service". Assuming there's no area faults that would cause your box to be dead, then you need an engineer visit I suspect.
