Hi just need some advice my TiVo box is freezing locking up and switching itself off. I’ve tried to get through to speak to someone but all I get is an automated message. I suspect the box is faulty but I’ve never known a company that makes it so hard to actually speak to someone. So hopefully someone here can help me get this issue sorted thanks in advance.
Can you describe what you mean by "all I get is an automated message"? The IVR isn't the greatest, but many people report success by just choosing the "I have a fault with my TV service" options and then ignoring all the following choices. Don't press anything, just wait on the line until you're put in the queue.
VM staff do respond on here, but ordinarily you're looking at potentially a couple of day's wait (given that it's the weekend)
