My TiVO box has been stuck on the "Starting up" screen for a few days now. Prior to this, it had a green screen error. I have tried switching it on and off to no avail.
I tried to get through to your support team by phone but the automated message said that all your centers were closed owing to Covid.
Please can you advise,

If you mean the "DVR has detected an error" green screen, this - I'm afraid - means your hard drive has failed and your box will need replacing.
The quickest way to report this is to call VM Faults, they are busy due to the current circumstances, but are open. If you call during the morning, you can often get through quicker.
