Hi all. V6 box all has been good for ages. On demand not working tonight, showing V273 error. WA5 postcode. Sevice status page says all good !
Any hints ?
Not all faults show up in the Check service status at the top of the page - did you a run a test on your equipment from there?
If nothing is showing you could also try the Service Status number 0800 561 0061. This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

As a precuation, just check your box has a working internet connection.
Follow Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Network, and verify the box shows connected in the top-right.
