Had an email from virgin threatening to cancel my service as I haven’t paid my bill - which I have by DD. Have now spent 6 hours on the phone keep getting cut off. No live chat available. Have even tweeted them - nothing. Only been with them 6 weeks and it’s just awful customer service. There is no way of speaking to anyone. Need broadband for my job - really stressful.
Hi - yes it’s on my app too. I’ve messaged through the app ... no response. It is just impossible to speak to someone, appreciate the world is a bit crazy at the moment but sky aren’t having the same customer service issues...
To be honest, this sounds like a 'phishing' email sent by a 3rd party and not sent by ourselves. If you'd like peace of mind, I'd be happy to investigate this further for you?
