The post code search is wrong when checking if Virgin is in the area
I live in Flat 6 out of 9 flats in the block. When checking my post code Virgin say services are not in my area yet flat 7 and flat 9 have Virgin and you can see this when you choose their flats in the post code check. Live Chat Virgin and they say fill in a form even though they can see the services are clearly in the area! Why is Virgin not able to quickly onboard me as a customer? Who do I escalate this too? It really is ridiculous.
