The 7400 TV error is persistent. I have used the web app to reset and test the box - no fault found. I have ran all the settings based tests, including network settings - no fault found. Clearly this box has not been registered- help !!
You need to phone 0800 953 9500 to get your box activated. You will need the box serial number, and your account and area number.
I'm not sure if the line will still be open now, so you might have to try tomorrow. The lines open at 8am.
