No TV for 2 days. Tried 150 numerous times always 'phone back later'

I'm sorry to hear of the TV service being down for the past 2 days and the issues you've had speaking to one of our team to report this, we'd be happy to help you in the best way we can.

Can you please expand on the problems with your TV box and services and have any other services been impacted such as broadband and/or landline?

Does your TV box turn on and do you get an error message or code displayed on screen?

Lastly, have you checked for relevant service issues in your area here where we report and update any known faults for our local customers?

Thank you for your offer to help. Eventually got thru to 150 and they seem to think our remote control is faulty, sending a new one. Not here today but hopefully will arrive Monday and problem fixed.

New remote came today and it works!! Can watch TV again
