Unless you explain a bit more, then "complete cable replacement" could mean a few different things. I'd take it to mean a re-pull, but you may not mean that.

Check for area faults on 0800 5610061, reboot your box, then call it in.

Cable replaced from street box to my outside box and connector to TiVo box changed.
Pixellation very intermittent so wonder if it is an external signal problem.

150 from a Virgin phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone - follow the options for "I have a fault with my TV service"
