Is anyone experiencing transmission issues with Virgin this week? I’m getting poor transmission on all my boxes for the past couple of days
Try calling 0800 5610061 - service status line lists faults in your local area.
If nothing's reported, and you've rebooted your box, then call TV Faults on 150 to report it.

Has anyone managed to log a problem with Virgin on the phone? I’m unable to log a tv transmission problem but I keep being transferred to an automatic system which cuts off after suggesting that you check for answers on the website.

If you can't get through on the phone then VM are recommending you send a text to 07533 051809 describing the issue and you should get a response, but it may take a day or two at present.
