TV saying "No internet connection C230", when try to connect N27 Network Cable Unplugged

This Tivo box is no longer connected to the internet, some options will not available until you fix your internet connection.

Preparing to connect......network cable unplugged.  Ethernet cable is unplugged (N27).

 

Any ideas on how to solve this issue please?  No cables have been touched.
