The TV screen is pixelating badly and has been for months and is now completely unwatchable. I can’t get through to anyone on the phone and just go round in circles on the Virgin website and get no solution. How can I book an engineer visit please?
You can either keep persisting with the faults call queue, which (sadly) is probably the quickest way of reporting your fault.
Alternatively you can wait on here for forum staff to pick the thread up, this may take a few days. Or you can try the text message service, again potentially a few days.
Incase you take the option of waiting for forum staff, or indeed even if you take the call queue option... check whether there are any particular channels affected, this may help ID where the fault is. And make sure you've rebooted your box at least once as a precaution.
