TV package

I have the maxit tv package but don't use many of the channels. I am 89 years old and finding the service very expensive on my pension. Is there another package I could have which would be less expensive?

I don't watch any of the sports channels or anything like that.

I've tried calling the helpline but there's always about an hour and a half wait and I'm worried about how I'm going to keep paying the bill.

Re: TV package

Hi there,

With regards to dropping your package, i would suggest that the best way to get this looked into would be to speak to the team on 07533051809.

Please note that this is a text message only service at the moment.

The usual call centers are closed at present due to the Covid 19 outbreak.

I hope this helps

Re: TV package

Thank you for your quick reply. Unfortunately I don't know how to do texting. My daughters usually help me with these things but I just can't seem to get the hang of texting and with the current situation I can't ask them to text for me.
