TV on demand and broadband issues

For the last few days my broadband has kept dropping in and out, mainly out. Also all on demand functions have stopped working on the Tivo box, with various error codes, currently v210. 

I have reset both numerous times, checked cables and nothing is working. I've trawled through the website to try and fix it. Nothing. The run a test keeps saying not a known issue. 

Tried contacting the VM help team, firstly linked me to their website again. 3 times ive waited to be connected to an advisor but each time its just cut off after about 10 minutes.

Anyone else have same issues
