Ever since we first got our Tivo box installed, it keeps randomly popping up with the error code C130, specifically saying the ethernet cable isn't connected. We will be in the middle of watching netflix, and it will suddenly say there is no connection. We have checked the connection, unplugged and replugged, but nothing has changed. We fix it short term by turning the box off and on again, but we cannot watch netflix for longer than 40 minutes before this happens again. It totally disrupts our watching experience, and has happened since we first got this installed.
