I have a TIVO box. The picture is pixelating watching TV. Internet appears ok. I think its down to a past it TIVO box
As with all pixellation faults.... reboot your box once to eliminate a software issue, perhaps check on the status line 0800 5610061 - if nothing's reported call VM to report it.
It'll either be a box or cabling fault, Virgin should be able to identify which. In the meantime, are there any specific channels (incl HD/SD?) affected?

In which case, check for local faults on the 0800 number I mentioned, and if nothing's reported - then report it. Either 150 from your landline, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.
