TV guide not updating

My programme guide is constantly saying to be announced. I can watch channels but cannot find out what is on. Can anyone help ?

Hi there, 

It sounds like you need to reconnect your box to the network. 

If you follow these instructions it should help: 

Home Screen> Help and Settings> Settings> Network> Connect to the Virgin Media Service now.

Hi HelenRogers,

From the Home screen please go to - Help & Settings >  Settings > Network > Connect to the Virgin Media Service Now.

This should then start a loading page. Once the page has fully loaded your TV guide should then show program information. 

If this does not work, please reboot the box and try again.

I am trying that now but the loading info is very slow - is that normal?

If it hasn't updated recently it could take an hour or more to fully update.

It will continue in the background if you press the back button.

I have done the reconnecting Network but problem still there or at least it was there Monday, it had the right information for Monday but wrong for Tuesday onwards, now it's right for today and tomorrow but wrong for Friday so it's inconsistent and yet the BBC news special is and has been on regularly for weeks now, very frustrating.
