TV connection keeps losing connection

Hi i am losing the world to live. I have been with virgin for ages. I have done all what I have been told rebooted the 2 boxes. Keeps losing connection when watching some on the box in the bedroom and then when in the living room watching something on record just goes off and freezes etc. Like I have said I have done everything I have been told so only way forward would be someone to come out and look at the boxes or replaceing them. All the wires etc are fine. 

If there is any help ye can do by getting someone to come out. 

I pay 89 quid a month for absolute rubbish.

May I ask what virgin boxes you have?

Are they the normal TiVo boxes or the TiVo V6 boxes?

Can we please confirm if you've already checked our service status page for any known area faults that may relate to this? You can also run some tests on equipment through this page if needed. 

 

We do also advise that you reset the boxes in question and check all the cables from the boxes to the wall socket.

 

If you still experience issues following this please follow these steps and let us know if this helps.

Home> Help&Settings> Settings> Network> Connect to Virgin Media Service Now

Everything you have said above I have done I need either a new box sending out or someone to come out and have a look at the boxes don't know how many times I have to say this. Connection constantly loses everyday its beyond a joke now...
