TV box

Hi iam not a happy chappy at to moment. 3 weeks I've been try to sort out my account with you.. My TV keeps saying clearing data all the time. I spoke to many of your staff and got no where except the last person who said you wear sending me a new box with a courier that was Monday. Still not received any thing or information from your self's 3 weeks with out a TV. But you will still take my monthly payments. Iam a disabled lady that needs her TV. If I don't get any information back I will cancel my account. I will give you till Monday thanks
