My TV box won’t turn on, no lights at all. No power. Please help

Assuming you've checked this in multiple power outlets to eliminate a wall-socket fault, and another mains-powered device works in the same socket, you should do one of two things.
1: Wait on here for a VM staff member to respond, this may take a couple of days
2: Call into TV faults to report this. 150 from a VM phone or 0345 4541111 otherwise.
Be aware - TiVo boxes are no longer supported for fault replacements, and you'll be replaced with a V6 instead. It runs the same software as you're used to, but on a much newer box that is far improved - but with the crucial difference that VM home broadband is required. Do you have this?
TiVO boxes are now being withdrawn. You will be offered a V6 TiVO instead. It is a better piece of kit, but relies on your VM Broadband hub & connection as well as the coax cable to operate.
They may try to offer you a conversion to the TV360 platform. You do not have to accept this, it is entirely voluntary & if you want to stay on the existing familiar TiVo-software using a newer V6 box - you can.
