TV Programmes guide not working and unable to set to record in advance

Hi. I sent a message a while ago but it appears to have disappeared.  We are having problems with the TV, when trying to look at the TV Guide it comes up saying 'to be announced' and we also appear to have lost our planned recordings. Is this a general issue/fault or something related to our Virgin account.  Please let me know what we need to do to try and correct it.  Many thanks

Can you confirm if this fault has now been rectified? Over the weekend there was a national outage causing this fault?
