Hi My tv listings are showing as "To be announced" and I have received a message on screen to say I only have 3 days of info about future recordings left. I have reset my Tivo Box but no joy.
I see other posts with similar issues. Anything else I can do or is this a wider problem for Virgin Media?

There is currently a national outage causing this issue and the team are working on it as we speak
Once fixed your stb will automatically download all its data
