TV Box stuck in endless loop

My TV box is stuck in a endless loop of starting up and welcome screen. This has been happening for 2 hours and I have restarted, unplugged everything and I have tried again but it is stuck.

I phoned 150 only to be told that the lines are closed even though it is only 7pm!

Hi if you phoned over the weekend 7pm would be correct as a closing time, midweek 8am till 8pm if you ring first thing you will get through quicker.Regards Micky
