TIVo Box Stuck

My TV box randomly restarted on its own around lunch time today and has been stuck on the “Starting up” screen ever since.

I’ve followed every single trouble shooting method to no avail.

Tried to message Virgin but their messaging service isn’t working. I can’t currently phone as I am unwell and lost my voice. If anyone could help me that would be fab.

I appreciate you won't want to hear this, but this is best reported by the usual methods that it sounds like you're already aware of.

When you say the text mesage service isn't working, can you be more specific? In what way is it not working?

Ah, you're using the app messaging service, that's different (although could well be the same team responding)

Try sending a text message (with a description of your fault) to 07533 051809. You can scroll down on this page for more info on this method.

Nope. All seems normal. Lights are normal, no sounds.
