TIVO

For months my TIVO box crashes after about 20 minutes of on demand TV or film. I have tried reporting this by phone, email and messaging.  I cant get any reply from complaints by message and I cant contact virgin by phone, just gets cut off after 40 minutes. What can I do next?

Said you would send a new TV box. Nothing. What has happened to VM service?
