For the past few weeks the quality of the HD channels through our TIVO box is very poor.
The pixelation is so severe that it's virtually unwatchable. This problem is across multiple channels: tonight we were watching Channel 4 HD and BBC 2 HD and were so frustrated that we just turned off.
Is there anything I can check to see if there is any issue? The Status page doesn't show any issues in our area.
If your problems have been going on for that length of time, the chances are Virgin don't know about them and therefore can't fix them.
Call Virgin and report it. It may well need an engineer visit - but TV issues to that extent simply don't go on for weeks unless they're only affecting individual customers who also "suffer in silence".
