Last week I was watching a programme on my TIVO and suddenly the picture froze.  I had to restart it which was a pain as I lost 10 minutes of the programme I was recording.  It happened on Monday 15 June at 21:45 pm.  Then last night it happened again.  It was again on a Monday and it was at about 21:45 pm - again.  I hope that this is not going to be a regular Monday evening problem.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention 

I am sorry this has happened twice 

I have checked the area around that time and cannot see anything related to this 

I can see it was on a Tivo box 

Would you look at upgrading to a V6 box

Hi - thanks for getting back to me.  I will see how it goes on as I have a lot of things on my TIVO box that I don't want to loose at the moment.  Thanks again for your help.
