TIVO box needs restarting constantly

Hi, My TIVO box needs restrting Daily and some twice a day, the screen is sometimes blank but we have the programme bar and sound, other times we cannot access Apps like Amazon & Netflix it either just goes straight back to the App screen or to a blank screen.

It sometimes needs restarting a couple of times before it works correctly any Ideas of the issue or a solution

Something's not right somewhere - the V6 should be well capable of handling the streaming apps compared with the older TiVo model.

When you say the screen is going blank, is that on live TV channels?

Yes that is on all live channels and recorded programmes

If the programme info banner is working, then it's just a loss of TV picture which is a fault.

Check on 0800 5610061 that there's nothing local, otherwise call and report it.
