one of my TIVO boxes overheats at least twice a day every day and is becoming a nuisance when watching TV.
the box can be on for an hour or four hours, there is no pattern.
turning iff waiting 10 mins then restarting gives me about 30 mins respite.
How can i get this replaced?
You need to call Virgin Media and report your fault.
150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone, and follow the options for "I have a fault with my TV service"

beginning to consider leaving if customer services doesnt get any better. Covid is no excuse to provide a v.poor service to its paying customers.
Waiting times do vary, but can often be quicker earlier in the day.
