TIVO box keeps freezing

Since I've had the box (3 months), the tivo box has been unusable. Ignoring the intermittent screen freezes and juddering whixh are temporarily solved by resetting the box - the on demand is impossible.

It freezes every 10 minutes - is unresponsive for a minute. Then resets itself.. so in the middle of a movie, we'll sit here for 5 minutes, every 15 minutes or so, as the box decides what to do. Can't believe i left sky for this. Its literally the worst tv and broadband ive ever had!! Simply unusable...feels like being back in the 90's!!

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.  I am sorry to hear that you're having problems with the TV and Broadband services.

I have taken a closer look to see what is happening and I can see a signal problem.  I would like to arrange an engineer appointment with you so will request some details in a private message.
