We have had an ongoing issue with our TV/TIVO box where the screen is repeatedly going black (no picture but with sound) and source AV1 appears on the screen. At other times the picture is breaking down and distorted. This has become worse over the last week.
Virgin Media online test suggests there is a problem with our equipment but the online support just runs a loop from the test to informing us to login for more assistance (when we were already logged on to run the test), no option or advice other than that.
All cables have been checked and TIVO troubleshooting advice has been followed repeatedly.
HI NikkiW, thanks for the post and we are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the TiVo box. Can you confirm that all the cables are tight, a reboot has been done and if you are still having issues with this? If you do find the issue is still there I will look at a PM. - Chris
