TIVO box dead and getting support

Is there some way of actually getting any support? Online chat bots waste your time then say wont help. No answer if you try and phone.

Not really a tricky problem to resolve, the TIVO box is dead with the pleasant smell of failed electronics. I will not be plugging it back in to see if it boots up.
