TIVO Box not starting

My TIVO box seems to have given up the ghost. It went off last night and is stuck on the start up welcome screen. I've unplugged the box a number of times and the same happens. Only the orange standby light is on and the box is making some strange whirring noises.

Can anyone help?

You are advised to call VM to report this fault and arrange the box replacement.

150 from a Virgin phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone. Choose the option for "I have a fault with my TV service"
