THE MOST APPALING CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EVER ENCOUNTERED

MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN IS IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!

ALL AUTOMATED RESPONSE LINES LEAD TO A BLACK HOLE!!!

 

I HAVE SPENT MONTHS NOW TRYING TO SORT A FEW THINGS WITH VIRGIN MEDIA.

I SIMPLY CAN'T SPEAK TO A HUMAN!!!!!!

IF I COULD SWITCH PROVIDER I'D DO IT IN A HEARTBEAT - SHAMEFUL, TOTALLY SHAMEFUL AND BRANSON SHOULD BE STRIPPED OF HIS KNIGHTHOOD

I ONLY WANT TO SET UP A DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENT NOW!!!!!!!

Hi billyboy1232

If you are struggling to get through you can go online and add your direct debit that way. If you have not set up an online account it only takes 5 minutes. 

You can then manage your account easily without having to call 150.

I hope you get this sorted it out it must be really frustrating.

No YOU CAN'T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your set up is appalling - totally and utterly appalling - try to do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why can't a human being ring me on [REMOVED] AND TAKE MY DIRECT DEBIT DETAILS -IT IS SOS SO SHOCKINGLY APPALLING - YOU CLEARLY HAVE NEVER TRIED TO DO THIS YOURSELF - THERE ARE SO MANY ISSUES WITH THE VIRGIN MEDIA SERVICE OFFERING AND MENUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Welcome to our community and thanks for posting. We understand your frustration of not being able to get your Direct debit set up online or over the phone.

 

Unfortunately due to the nature of this and for data protection reasons we are unable to set any form of payment up for you through our community forums.

 

You would need to call our team to get this set up over the phone for you. We understand that we can get extremely busy and you sometimes do have to wait a little longer than expected but this will be the only way for you to do this.

 

Give us a call on 150/0345 454 1111 option 1, then option 4.

TRY IT YOURSELF YOU WILL NEVER GET THROUGH TO A HUMAN....

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SET THE DIRECT DEBIT UP EASILY!!!!!!!!

Thanks for coming back to us billyboy1232,

 

You will be able to speak to an agent on the number above. We understand it can sometimes take a little while for he call to be answered but rest assured we will be able to set up your Direct debit for you.

 

If you are having difficulty with the automated options, when it asks you for characters of your password you can choose not to enter these and it the transfer you through to an agent to help you further.
