we get lagging viewing anyone any ideas why this is?

Can you explain what you mean by lagging/stuttering viewing?

And is it on... live TV? Recorded programmes? OnDemand?

Welcome to our Community Forums! Thank you for your first post and I'm very sorry to hear that you're experiencing some issues with lag while watching TV.

Can you confirm what @japitts suggested? Are you experiencing these issues on Live TV, On Demand, or recorded programmes? 

Can you explain your lagging issues in further detail so we can look into this further?

Have you taken a look at our TV Faults page to see if this can help identify your issue and resolve it? Are you seeing any error codes or messages on screen?
