Stuck on Starting up screen

my internet has been down for the past few hours, however I am not sure this TiVo box issue is related. perhaps I am wrong but I’ve not encountered this before and my Virgin broadband regularly drops out.

I was unable to access Any TV channels today so i restarted the box. Since then The Red light on my tivo box is flashing, blue is also showing. The screen has been stuck for hours on the startup screen. I have tried reseting many times, all leads are secure. Yes, I am also on hold to the call centre.

any help In the meantime would be greatly appreciated.

Check for known area faults by calling 0800 5610061, especially if your broadband is offline.

Loss of broadband shouldn't necessarily cause a TiVo/V6 to crash, though.

If nothing is reported on the status line, then calling TV faults on 150 is absolutely the way to go.
