Streaming keeps stalling on recorded programmes & Netflix. A link to help rectify the problem was supposedly sent on 3 occasions - nothing received.
I eventually went through the app did all the checks & rebooting my WiFi hub and Tivo box, still no joy. Absolute crap customer service from VM.
I can't wait for my contract to finish, I'm sure that there's better customer service elsewhere

Are you also experiencing issues when pausing, replaying and rewinding live TV and are you having issues with other apps too?

The TiVo doesn't have WiFi, so rebooting that is fruitless. When you refer to "streaming recorded" content, do you mean multiroom streaming between boxes? Or just watching a recording?
