Still waiting for technical support

This might be a daft question but are there any Virgin Media staff monitoring and responding to questions on this forum as I had been led to believe? After a very swift response from a member of the community, I am still waiting for someone official from Virgin to contact me despite my best efforts to contact Virgin via every route suggested. I’m now entering my second week without a TV service and my patience is wearing thin. This fundamental lack of a support service leaves me lost for words.

Hello

Normally can take a  few days or longer as the VM forum staff deal with oldest posts first.

I have escalated your original post to the VM forum team, one of the VM staff will be along in this thread to resolve it for you.
